You'll design and lead an AI-native people function for a portfolio of iconic retail brands. You'll own the talent infrastructure and drive measurable improvement in how we develop and deploy people. This role offers executive access and accelerated career growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design AI-native HR systems for workforce planning and performance management.
• Architect intelligent talent infrastructure including skills mapping and internal mobility.
• Deploy AI across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to organizational design.
• Lead and develop the People Operations team fostering a culture of experimentation.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building or leading HR systems in high-growth or technology organizations.
• At least 2 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Track record of using AI to redesign people processes like recruiting or workforce analytics.
• Technical fluency with modern AI and automation tools including LLM-powered workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• STEM degree or equivalent experience in a technically rigorous environment.
• Experience integrating systems across an enterprise stack.
