💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end data operations lifecycle for computer vision and spatial AI products that power retail analytics. You'll act as the operational bridge between data collection, labeling, and product/engineering to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable data at scale. This hands-on leadership role involves managing a global distributed team and driving quality control and continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute data collection and annotation workflows
• Oversee real-time QC processes and offline annotation loops
• Manage asset management system and internal data pipelines
• Lead field data validation initiatives in physical stores

📋 Requirements

• 5 years leading data operations or similar workflows
• 3 years management experience
• Personally annotated data for shipped computer vision models
• Bachelor's Degree
