Description

In this role, you'll partner with engineering leadership to uncover the stories behind the data—building dashboards that explain not just what is happening, but why. You'll clean up data foundations across ERP, workforce, and engineering systems, and deliver analytical insights that drive real operational decisions in a make-to-order manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years BI/analytics experience in manufacturing (engineer-to-order or make-to-order preferred).
• Experience working across multiple source systems and with SMEs to resolve data quality issues.
• Strong analytical depth to test hypotheses and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced Tableau, strong SQL, familiarity with Snowflake and dbt.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field; electrical/mechanical engineering background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leadership to identify operational problems and needed data.
• Diagnose root causes of scheduling backlogs, lead time spikes, or lagging change notice rates.
• Work with SMEs to resolve data quality issues and align definitions across systems.
• Create Tableau dashboards with executive scorecards, operational queue views, and drill-throughs.
• Help data engineering develop Snowflake/dbt models integrating ERP, HR, and engineering data.
