You'll welcome new clients and guide them through seamless integration with the Deliverect platform. Your impact will be ensuring a smooth transition for enterprise businesses in NOAM and LATAM. This hybrid role offers flexible work with 3 days in our Mexico office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support customers during activation and address questions or concerns.
• Lead onboarding of new locations, activate ordering channels, and set up products.
• Train customers on using the Deliverect platform and tools.
• Coordinate with external partners and cross-functional teams.

📋 Requirements

• English proficiency required.
• Computer savvy with ability to learn new systems.
• Hospitality or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Time-management and problem-solving skills.
