You'll support licensed colorists and shift leads to deliver a seamless guest experience in a hair color bar setting. You will perform shampooing, blowouts, and finishing services while training for promotion to Licensed Colorist in 3-9 months. This role combines hands-on service with sales and membership growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and hot tool styling.
• Assist in finishing services and toner applications.
• Contribute to retail sales, services, and membership goals.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level customer service or retail sales experience.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
