💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead Airwallex's Credit and Lending business from the ground up, taking full P&L ownership. You'll drive embedded lending and first-party lending products, scaling from zero to a profitable business. This role offers high visibility and the chance to shape a global payments platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop strategy for embedded and first-party lending products
• Own full P&L, set financial targets, manage budgets
• Partner with commercial teams to identify customer segments
• Build and lead a cross-functional lending team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years work experience in fintech or financial services
• Proven track record building and scaling lending products
• Deep expertise in embedded lending and first-party lending
• Experience securing capital and credit facilities
