Description

You will lead and grow a Customer Success team, driving customer retention, expansion, and adoption. You'll recruit, mentor, and develop team members while collaborating across departments to build programs and achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of management experience in customer success or account management
  • Passion for hiring, developing, and managing a team of individual contributors
  • Experience with fast-growing teams, using data to drive initiatives
  • Aptitude for learning enterprise infrastructure technologies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop Customer Success team members
  • Define and lead analytical metrics to guide team direction
  • Deliver against quarterly and long-term targets
  • Build and execute initiatives to grow customer retention, expansion, satisfaction, and product adoption
