You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. Your core impact will be training new recruits and supporting daily operations to meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers.
• Step in to cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store, including register and sales reporting.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.
