You'll lead internal audits across treasury, ALM, product control, and financial risk areas. You'll evaluate processes and controls to ensure efficiency and compliance. This role offers hands-on impact in a top Brazilian financial institution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical internal audits focusing on treasury and risk processes.
• Identify risk areas, plan audit scope, and monitor project hours.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations.
• Assist in implementing audit recommendations and track regulatory changes.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience in internal audit, preferably at brokerages or investment banks.
• Knowledge of treasury, financial risk management, ALM, accounting, product control, and pricing.
• Familiarity with best practices for assessing inherent and residual risks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Archer or similar integrated risk management tools.
• Knowledge of COSO methodology.
• Programming skills (Python, C++, SQL, VBA) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
