Description

You will drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decisions at a fast-growing construction-tech startup. You'll build financial models, prepare reports and dashboards, analyze unit economics, and partner with teams across the business to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet dynamics
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and financial systems

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to project future performance
• Lead annual budgeting and update rolling forecasts
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to senior management
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and KPI dashboards
• Collaborate with department leaders and support cross-functional projects
