🎯 What You'll Do

• Support training and development of store employees
• Model and enforce customer service standards
• Direct merchandise stocking and floor presentation
• Complete inventory transactions and ring sales

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail sales and customer service experience
• Proficiency in POS systems
• Some experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience as a Sur La Table Sales Associate
• 1 year of retail supervisory experience
• Food Handlers Certification
