  • Deliver advanced technical support via ticketing systems and calls
  • Investigate and resolve escalated WordPress issues
  • Perform in-depth debugging using logs and monitoring tools
  • Build and maintain internal knowledge resources

  • Strong hands-on experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and hooks
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or enterprise support
  • Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, and Git
