- Deliver advanced technical support via ticketing systems and calls
- Investigate and resolve escalated WordPress issues
- Perform in-depth debugging using logs and monitoring tools
- Build and maintain internal knowledge resources
๐ Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and hooks
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience in customer-facing technical support or enterprise support
- Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, and Git

- Familiarity with WooCommerce or Gutenberg
- Knowledge of enterprise-level WordPress hosting environments
