💼 About This Role

You'll support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering business goals while creating an excellent customer experience. You'll analyze sales trends, develop action plans, and enforce company policies. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet, assist, and sell to customers while responding to inquiries.
• Manage day-to-day sales floor operations including opening/closing and POS.
• Achieve sales targets through effective selling and merchandising.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory management activities.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to alcohol sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
