🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service via available channels with clarity and empathy.
• Investigate and resolve complaints, seeking timely solutions.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal norms.
• Collaborate with other areas for problem-solving and process improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Ombudsman certification (e.g., FBB200).
• Structured writing and speaking skills with empathy and focus.
• Knowledge of Consumer Defense Code, Central Bank and/or CVM norms.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in Ombudsman or complex complaint resolution.
• Knowledge of financial sector regulations.
