You'll own product strategy and execution for Ascend's omnichannel growth roadmap at a fast-growing health tech company. You'll lead cross-functional teams to launch and scale coordinated channel experiences, driving measurable outcomes like adoption and engagement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve Ascend's product vision and omnichannel strategy aligned to company goals.
• Build and manage a prioritized roadmap across channels, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through launch with execution discipline and measurable outcomes.
• Translate customer insights and market signals into actionable product requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in HealthTech, SaaS, or digital media.
• Proven success owning product strategy for complex multi-channel platforms with integrations.
• Track record scaling products from pilot to production with meaningful business impact.
• Strong analytical skills including experimentation design and metric frameworks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM integration, ESP/DSP ecosystems, or API-driven products.
• Familiarity with privacy/security frameworks in a regulated environment.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
