💼 About This Role

You'll own product design for Sylvera's carbon markets platform, turning complex data into decision-ready interfaces. You'll work closely with PMs and engineers to ship polished experiences from week one. AI-powered design workflows are a standard part of how we operate here.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product design for carbon market pillar from discovery to shipped experiences
• Design data-dense interfaces: dashboards, pricing tools, portfolio views, and geospatial maps
• Work directly with PMs and engineers to ship useful and crafted work
• Support marketing team with reports, banners, website assets, and social graphics

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience covering both UX and UI
• Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally on data-heavy products (dashboards, analytics, trading platforms)
• Strong in Figma and comfortable working within an established design system
• Uses AI tools in everyday design workflow
