Description
You will lead the operational, compliance, and employee lifecycle People functions across the organization, partnering closely with the General Counsel and SVP, People. You will oversee employee relations, HR systems, workforce reporting, and ensure compliance and scalability of people processes for a multi-state construction workforce.
Requirements
- Experience in multi-state HR operations, preferably construction
- Knowledge of New York employment law and compliance
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (TriNet experience preferred)
- Strong skills in employee relations and risk management
- Proven ability to scale processes for growth
Responsibilities
- Execute and improve People operations infrastructure across employee lifecycle
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and investigations
- Manage HR systems, data governance, and workforce analytics
- Ensure employment compliance across multi-state jurisdictions
- Conduct compliance audits and regulatory reporting
