Description

You will design and implement public REST APIs and services for multi-modal AI applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly products. You will identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and participate in on-call incidents to improve system reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing and building REST APIs and distributed services for enterprise and consumer products at high scale
• 2+ years working with production AI/ML applications
• Experience building backend services on Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Highly proficient in Python and TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js, Cloudflare Workers, Postgres, and NoSQL databases preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and implement public REST APIs and services, including data storage and ML backend services
• Write clean, extensible Python and TypeScript code with production-grade telemetry, scalability, and security best practices
• Design efficient database schemas for user preferences, billing, and content history management
• Work with product, design, research, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality products
• Identify performance bottlenecks and deliver optimized solutions
