💼 About This Role

You'll join the Data Platform team at Spotify, building the foundations that power how user behavior data is collected at scale. You'll evolve SDKs and internal tools to make instrumentation seamless for developers. Working with cross-functional partners, you'll enable data-informed decisions that shape the listening experience for millions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and evolve internal tools for developer instrumentation
• Design and maintain APIs for web clients
• Evolve JavaScript SDKs for user behavior infrastructure
• Contribute to backend systems for data collection at scale

📋 Requirements

• Experience in fullstack development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience building applications with React and backend systems in Java
• Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, or large-scale data pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to gRPC, protobuf, or large-scale data pipelines
• Experience using AI tools to enhance development workflows
