You'll join Eliot's Brain Injury program, providing direct support to adults with brain injuries. Your core impact will be enhancing their daily living skills and fostering independence through restorative activities. You'll administer medications and promote community engagement in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct support with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, and cleaning
• Assist with personal care and hygiene to promote independence
• Administer medications per MAP regulations and report health concerns
• Perform routine housekeeping and report maintenance/safety issues

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Experience working with intellectually disabled or brain injured adults
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to drive a residence van
