You will use your medical expertise to train large-scale language models, challenging them on clinical scenarios, drug interactions, and diagnostic reasoning. Your work involves verifying factual accuracy, documenting failure modes, and improving model reasoning to advance AI in healthcare.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Expertise in internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, clinical diagnostics, medical ethics, human physiology, epidemiology, immunology, and evidence-based medicine
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills with explicit reasoning
• Own secure computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Conversing with AI models on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions
• Verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capturing reproducible error traces
• Suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
