💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end creation of AI-generated characters using LoRA training and generative AI workflows. Your core impact is ensuring characters are visually compelling and consistent while maintaining a steady release cadence in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate with engineers to continuously improve outputs and introduce innovations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create AI characters end-to-end including concept design and LoRA training.
• Develop and enhance character profiles using AI tools for user engagement.
• Test and evaluate AI-generated characters for visual consistency and quality.
• Research emerging AI techniques to improve character generation pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineers to validate new features and ensure production readiness.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative, technical, or AI-driven roles.
• Solid hands-on expertise in LoRA training and generative AI workflows.
• Strong creative judgment in selecting and designing character traits and visual identities.
• Fluent English communication skills for collaboration and technical discussion.
