You'll join a leading urology practice with over 35 locations across the New York metropolitan area. You'll build a busy schedule with immediate volume referrals and the ability to practice full-spectrum general urology while carving out subspecialty interests. This employed position offers a partnership track with uncapped earning potential in a premier Long Island community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform robotic-assisted and minimally invasive urologic surgeries
• Diagnose and treat urologic conditions including prostate cancer and kidney stones
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Participate in partnership track and practice development

📋 Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in Urology
• Robotic surgery proficiency and experience
• Eligible for New York medical license
• Completion of an accredited urology residency
