💼 About This Role

You'll partner with talented professionals to execute people strategies and coach employees on HR policies. You'll ensure the SpaceX mission is a constant reality for all employees. This role is not remote and requires relocation to Redmond, WA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on employee relations issues
• Partner with leaders on workforce analytics and organizational optimization
• Counsel employees and managers on company policies and regulations
• Facilitate internal transfers, promotions, and exit interviews

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of human resources experience
• ITAR compliance: U.S. citizen or permanent resident

• Experience in engineering or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Workday
• Experience handling employee relations issues
