Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Experience with Web and Native (iOS) applications
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship abilities

Responsibilities

• Drive technical execution of the roadmap ensuring on-time delivery and high quality
• Partner with product management to balance feature development, technical debt, and operational stability
• Act as primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Define engineering quality standards and best practices
• Attract, nurture, coach, and retain engineering talent; develop career progression plans
