• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various contracts like CDAs and MSAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain standardized templates and contract management processes.
• Advise stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 5 years of contract drafting and negotiation experience.
• Experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. state.
