💼 About This Role

You'll develop and execute sourcing plans for a defense technology company, leading a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers. You'll drive strategic supply chain initiatives to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets, scaling the business significantly.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate complex terms

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
• 10+ years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focusing on complex mechanical/electrical assembly
• At least 5+ years experience in a leadership position
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

• MBA or Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
