💼 About This Role

You'll repair and maintain heavy equipment and aerial lifts at our rental facility in Montgomery, AL. You'll use proprietary T3 technology to diagnose issues and manage work orders efficiently. This role offers year-round OEM training and access to the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Maintain documentation of work performed
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
• Own tools applicable to the position
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and pass drug screen

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service or maintenance repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred
