💼 About This Role

You'll provide remote speech therapy to a diverse pediatric population using Expressable's custom platform and AI assistant. Your work will focus on measurable outcomes and caregiver education, while tech handles documentation. This role offers flexible weekend scheduling and a supportive remote team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for pediatric clients
• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable's technology platform
• Complete documentation accurately and on time per quality standards
• Maintain availability for weekend hours and PTO coverage

📋 Requirements

• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) and individual NPI number
• TX state license or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Minimum 1 year post-CF experience in pediatric settings
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations

✨ Nice to Have

• Teletherapy or remote clinical care experience
• Adult clinical care and assessments experience
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages)
