💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and governance of compensation for Unity's top leadership. You'll navigate complex equity designs, proxy disclosures, and Compensation Committee governance, partnering with C-Suite and Legal teams. This role offers the chance to shape executive pay strategy and influence shareholder alignment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead preparation of materials and strategic narratives for the Compensation Committee.
  • Own drafting of Compensation Discussion and Analysis for proxy statement.
  • Design and govern executive short-term and long-term incentive plans.
  • Manage relationship with external compensation consultant and benchmarking.
  • Build competitive offer packages for VP+ external hires.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in compensation management.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles and regulatory requirements.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with proxy disclosures and SEC regulations.
  • Experience in tech or gaming industry.
