💼 About This Role
You'll lead the design and governance of compensation for Unity's top leadership. You'll navigate complex equity designs, proxy disclosures, and Compensation Committee governance, partnering with C-Suite and Legal teams. This role offers the chance to shape executive pay strategy and influence shareholder alignment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead preparation of materials and strategic narratives for the Compensation Committee.
- Own drafting of Compensation Discussion and Analysis for proxy statement.
- Design and govern executive short-term and long-term incentive plans.
- Manage relationship with external compensation consultant and benchmarking.
- Build competitive offer packages for VP+ external hires.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in compensation management.
- 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles and regulatory requirements.
✨ Nice to Have
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with proxy disclosures and SEC regulations.
- Experience in tech or gaming industry.
