💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development and optimization of transaction monitoring capabilities across payments and financial operations. You'll own the end-to-end product strategy for real-time and post-transaction monitoring, including rule design and alert optimization. This role sits at the intersection of risk, compliance, data, and product at a global payments platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own transaction monitoring product including real-time rules and detection logic
• Optimise monitoring rules to reduce false positives
• Build scalable post-transaction monitoring and review workflows
• Design client-specific risk controls for large merchants

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in payments, fintech, or financial crime
• Experience building or owning transaction monitoring or fraud detection systems
• Strong data-driven mindset with SQL skills to analyse transaction data
• Experience defining risk detection logic and monitoring thresholds

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AML monitoring or fraud detection platforms
• Familiarity with case management and investigation tooling
• Exposure to machine learning or AI-driven risk systems
