You'll join a growing behavioral health practice providing outpatient therapy to diverse populations in a brand new Lakewood, WA clinic. You'll have uncapped earning potential through a productivity-based compensation model. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time options with a sign-on bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy
• Manage caseload of adult and/or child/adolescent patients
• Document patient progress and treatment plans
• Collaborate with clinical team for integrated care

📋 Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington State
• Experience working with adult and/or child/adolescent populations
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (in-person and telehealth)
