🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies
• Create sourcing plans for diverse candidate pipelines
• Track recruiting metrics and report to leadership
• Design and implement scalable recruiting process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of recruiting experience
• Proven ability to source technical candidates via LinkedIn and resumes
• Strong executive communication and influence skills
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
