• Improve core abstractions and runtime of LangChain and LangGraph
• Improve documentation across the LangChain ecosystem
• Answer user questions and resolve community issues
• Build example applications demonstrating production AI systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering or applied ML experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Ownership-minded approach with minimal supervision
