💼 About This Role

You'll manage civil engineering design projects for water and wastewater infrastructure, including treatment plants and distribution systems, at a fast-growing consulting engineering firm. You'll provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff while ensuring project success for New England-based clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage project implementation with assigned project team
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets
• Supervise and direct technical staff on projects
• Track project costs and ensure timely invoicing to clients

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or related Engineering
• 8+ years of water or wastewater design experience with project management
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain by reciprocity
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
