Description

As a CNC Maintenance Technician on the Starship team, you will maintain and repair complex CNC machinery including 5-axis gantries and mill-turn applications, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, and ensure equipment reliability for aerospace manufacturing. You'll collaborate closely with production teams in a fast-paced environment critical to enabling human spaceflight.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years of experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, or electrical repair/maintenance
• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift and overtime/weekends as required
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand, climb, bend, and work at heights or confined spaces
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair CNC machines including 5-axis mills, lathes, and gantries
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on control systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components
• Troubleshoot electrical failures involving PLCs, HMIs, servomotors, and sensors
• Repair mechanical systems such as ball screws, linear rails, guideways, and gearboxes
• Operate forklifts and company vehicles as needed
