You'll lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives in Italy to achieve quota and grow Databricks consumption. You'll build a data ecosystem while coaching your team and partnering cross-functionally. This role offers significant growth in a fast-scaling EMEA sales org.

  • Coach account executives to develop skills and behaviors
  • Establish territory plans, team structure, and quotas
  • Report on revenue forecast and strategic GTM programs
  • Partner cross-functionally to manage revenue and success

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader in Italy
  • History of exceeding sales quotas in similar technology companies
  • Ability to engage and hire sales talent in the market
  • Fluent Italian and business English language required
