You'll lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives in Italy to achieve quota and grow Databricks consumption. You'll build a data ecosystem while coaching your team and partnering cross-functionally. This role offers significant growth in a fast-scaling EMEA sales org.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Coach account executives to develop skills and behaviors
- Establish territory plans, team structure, and quotas
- Report on revenue forecast and strategic GTM programs
- Partner cross-functionally to manage revenue and success
๐ Requirements
- Experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader in Italy
- History of exceeding sales quotas in similar technology companies
- Ability to engage and hire sales talent in the market
- Fluent Italian and business English language required
