🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver remote therapy to adult clients using CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.
• Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended sessions per week
• Use data to track client progress and adjust treatment
• Complete progress notes and documentation within 48 hours

📋 Requirements

• Active LICSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD in Washington
• 2+ years clinical experience with adults
• 6+ months teletherapy experience
• Proficient with clinical assessments like PHQ-9

✨ Nice to Have

• Willing to become licensed in other states
• Experience with EHR systems
