💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale Commure's India RCM operations in Gurgaon, driving operational excellence and delivery outcomes. You'll lead process improvement using Lean-style thinking to reduce errors and improve throughput. This role offers the chance to shape the future of healthcare with a high-growth AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end India RCM operations across multiple functions.
• Build strong operating rhythms: weekly reviews, KPI dashboards, escalation management.
• Drive process improvement using Lean-style root cause analysis and SOP modernization.
• Use data to define metrics and partner with analytics/engineering for reporting improvements.
• Manage senior leaders, set culture of accountability, and oversee hiring and succession planning.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with meaningful leadership in operations.
• Proven experience driving process improvement at scale (reduced cost, improved quality, improved TAT).
• Strong grasp of data-driven ops: KPI design, dashboards, operational analytics, root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and executive presence; ability to influence globally distributed stakeholders.
