💼 About This Role

You'll guide enterprise customers through implementing Ramp's Bill Pay & Procurement products, configuring workflows and driving adoption. Your core impact is ensuring upmarket customers quickly unlock value from AP Automation and Procurement tools. You'll shape the enterprise activation strategy in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead enterprise customers through end-to-end onboarding of Bill Pay and Procurement.
  • Educate customers on AP workflows, procurement best practices, and policy configuration.
  • Proactively identify and resolve implementation blockers to drive adoption.
  • Provide product feedback to engineering and product teams.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success or Implementations for AP/Procurement products.
  • Strong project management skills managing multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex workflows simply.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn a product deeply and articulate product decisions.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with accounting systems like NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero.
  • Background in Fintech or SaaS implementations.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup.
