You'll partner with the CRO to define and execute GTM strategy, driving scalability and efficiency in our revenue engine. Your impact will shape global sales, partner, and customer success operations. This role offers the chance to lead a high-performing team at a company securing identities for the AI era.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as strategic partner to CRO, translating goals into operational plans.
• Own annual planning: territory design, quota setting, headcount planning.
• Optimize end-to-end GTM process to reduce friction and drive efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional GTM operations teams (Sales, Partner, XDR, CS).

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in Sales/GTM Operations within B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years leading large, multi-functional operations teams.
• Deep expertise in GTM planning and sales process optimization.
• Mastery of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience as a strategic partner to a CRO.
