You'll lead program management for a clinical-stage tRNA medicine company, driving cross-functional teams from research through early clinical development. Your work will directly impact the development of AP003 for Stop Codon Disease, addressing significant unmet medical needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead program team for lead program AP003 and future programs
• Define strategy, objectives, and cross-functional plans with timelines and budgets
• Identify risks and develop mitigation proposals proactively
• Collaborate with finance and functional teams on operational planning

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years pharma/biotech drug discovery and development experience
• 10+ years program management experience in early-stage drug discovery
• BS/MS in a scientific discipline (life science or chemistry)
