💼 About This Role

You'll work closely with founders, Lead Designer, and engineering to craft beautiful interfaces and develop outstanding user experiences across multiple products. You'll design new user journeys, maintain existing apps, and contribute to our design system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design new user journeys, features, and products
• Maintain and evolve existing applications
• Design and maintain design system components and documentation
• Develop front-end for designs and collaborate with engineering

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as UX/UI designer
• Ability to implement your own designs with Figma or similar
• Strong knowledge of interaction design and information architecture
• A portfolio of design work

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with fast-growing Series A–B startups
• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Fluent in multiple languages
