• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AV installers
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate AV installation projects
• Review project plans and allocate resources
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as an AV Installation Manager or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and equipment
• Project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects
• Leadership experience managing teams of installers

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications such as CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D
• Experience with CAD or design software
• Knowledge of network-based AV systems
