You'll drive technical strategy and execution for complex travel policies and approval workflows. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, coach, and grow a team of 5-10 full-stack engineers
• Collaborate with Product and Design to define project scopes and roadmaps
• Guide architectural decisions for Java/Spring Boot and React/TypeScript stack
• Maintain agile processes and ensure operational reliability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building scalable systems
• 2+ years of direct engineering management experience
• Strong architectural background in backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (React, TypeScript)
• Proven project delivery and prioritization skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of AI-enabled development tools like GitHub Copilot
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent
