In this role, you will manage a team implementing complex on-premise and SaaS Actimize solutions, ensuring technical delivery and quality. You'll oversee work, risks, and dependencies, while mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful releases.

Requirements

• 12+ years software development experience
• 3+ years leading development team
• Experience with cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficient in databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres)
• Knowledge of deployment tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)

Responsibilities

• Manage team delivery tracking work, dependencies, and risks
• Ensure best engineering practices (unit tests, code reviews, design)
• Serve as point of contact for delivery risks
• Facilitate team growth through training and mentorship
• Own individual and team utilization, participate in recruitment
