You'll own scheduling and lifecycle management of compliance service work orders from request through billing readiness. You'll ensure accurate and timely work order data to drive technician productivity and revenue flow. This role stands out for its focus on accuracy and operational efficiency in a fast-paced service environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, update, and manage work orders in company system
• Assign work orders to technicians based on capacity and geography
• Field incoming service requests via phone and email
• Coordinate with field technicians for timely job completion
• Close out work orders and submit as billing-ready

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in dispatching or operations coordination
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting schedules
• Comfortable working in systems and maintaining organized records
