You'll join the Revenue Enablement team to drive sales excellence through coaching and training. Your focus will be on achieving the 80/80 goal and enabling value-driven selling methodologies like MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales. You'll collaborate with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted training.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify skill gaps via competency assessments.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales.
  • Conduct role-playing exercises to reinforce key selling skills.
  • Provide personalized coaching to improve sales performance.
  • Support onboarding programs for new hires.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years experience as a seller, sales leader, or sales coach.
  • Practical knowledge of MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching sales teams in complex environments.
  • Strong facilitation and role-playing skills to develop sales behaviors.
