You'll join the Revenue Enablement team to drive sales excellence through coaching and training. Your focus will be on achieving the 80/80 goal and enabling value-driven selling methodologies like MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales. You'll collaborate with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted training.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Collaborate with sales leaders to identify skill gaps via competency assessments.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales.
- Conduct role-playing exercises to reinforce key selling skills.
- Provide personalized coaching to improve sales performance.
- Support onboarding programs for new hires.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years experience as a seller, sales leader, or sales coach.
- Practical knowledge of MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in coaching sales teams in complex environments.
- Strong facilitation and role-playing skills to develop sales behaviors.
