As a Legion Senior Consultant, you will lead the evolution of our implementation methodology, ensuring consultants achieve certification to drive customer success. You will configure, test, and deliver workforce management solutions while managing multiple concurrent enterprise projects and providing customer training.

Requirements

• Experience managing enterprise implementations
• Knowledge of compliance and labor laws
• Ability to lead customer workshops
• Communicate effectively internally and externally
• Ongoing education in industry trends and technology

Responsibilities

• Promote Legion Implementation Methodology and Agile standards for cloud delivery
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects through all implementation phases
• Configure Legion products according to solution blueprint
• Deliver live customer training for administrators and store managers
• Lead and facilitate discussions and workshops with customers
