💼 About This Role

You'll teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting, following treatment plans developed by BCBAs. Your work will directly impact each child's progress through play-filled, evidence-based care. MeBe offers paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with ongoing mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs for children with autism
• Record client progress in data collection system (Central Reach)
• Assist with BCBA assessments and relay client progress
• Maintain session notes and comply with ABA and insurance regulations

📋 Requirements

• Consistent availability Monday through Friday, part-time shifts
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, age 18+
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, or run
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification preferred (obtain within 60 days with MeBe help)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPR/BLS certification for certain locations
